We believe that any "dispute" is a waste of money, time, opportunity, and relationships. This four hour short and on-line program will look at the ways to achieve clarity in the terms of the contracts and mitigation of risk. We will also learn alternate dispute resolution methods, then focus on arbitration and go through key elements of a sample case. You do not have to be a legal professional to support the dispute resolution process. Each one of us can help our in-house counsels and/or external lawyers to expedite the dispute resolution through a better understanding of what we need to do in terms of collecting and preserving quality evidence, careful communication with the counterparties etc.
